Call Handling
More and more companies are adopting a telemarketing strategy be it the spearhead of their campaign or as a follow up to their mailshot.

We can handle just about any eventuality; from a small dedicated mail order service to national advertisements. Our team of operators are available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday which can be extended to your requirements. We also have a fully automated interactive voicemail system. With an automated capacity of over 40 hours and a team of experienced transcribers, to ensure that no call is lost.

Scripting Service
Should you require a voicemail capability, we can advise and record one based on the information you need to capture. This can be recorded in-house or you can supply the pre-recorded prompts on tape, CD or by email.

Trained Staff
The Telemarketing staff receive training prior to each campaign and will be supplied with background material to ensure they can answer all relevant queries. For questions outside our remit, we are able to patch calls to a number designated by you, e.g. your Marketing Department main number.

Reports
Our telephone system allows complete reporting on all calls with breakdowns of times, durations, costs and total volume of calls. We can email updates of the telemarketing databases to a schedule or as arranged. For more specific reporting please tell us what you require.

Bespoke Services
All outbound telemarketing is linked to the screen thus enabling the easy flow of questions and answers and quick response analysis for our clients. The design of the system is tailored to the specific information needed for the campaign.

e-marketing
We can send email blasts to your customer lists (in accordance with EU Data Protection directives) either generic or personalised, and with the option to monitor reads and click-throughs.
