We operate the Online Business Account system to produce electronic postage dockets and make the whole mailing process as smooth as possible.

International Distribution

International mail can be distributed through a variety of service levels from Priority, for sensitive or time critical material, to Economy where cost is most important.

We can achieve the the lowest possible cost to most countries through a number of ‘Direct Injection’ contracts our associate company, Total Mail Ltd, holds with Postal Authorities across the world. This is done by checking your data against a matrix that confirms the least expensive routing method. Each piece is then prepared for that carrier with a 'Local Look' indicia (PPI), address format and return address. They are carried to the country of destination as a courier piece and then mailed inside that country.

Specialist routing is available for Direct Marketing Mail, B2B and Magazines on the ‘Press’ services including hand delivery in certain cities.

Machine or Hand Enclosing:

A few hundred to one hundred thousand plus, machine or hand enclosed - all are given the same attention to detail.

Complex, bulky and valuable jobs are always fulfilled by hand, ensuring best quality packaging and finishing. Our packing is selected for strength and durability to fit the products being dispatched.

Polywrap enclosing:

We have automated equipment that feeds the mailing piece onto a conveyor for poly wrapping.

Inserts can be handled either as single items, as items placed inside a mailer, or as onserts dropped on top of the mailer in front of the address carrier sheet. Mailings are run either in ‘mailsort’ sequence for the UK and Royal Mail, or country and zip code order (if required) for international distribution. This gives us to achieve optimum processing speed and access to the best discounts available.

Tabbing:

Our tabbing machine can place one or two plastic tabs on a mailing piece to seal it for distribution.

The mailer can be addressed using either a label or inkjet printing, if suitable. This removes the need for envelopes and is a very cost effective method. Capability, depending on item size and weight, can be above 10,000 per hour.
